Tofu & Cabbage Vegan Dumplings
These vegan dumplings are filled with shredded tofu and cabbage and pair perfectly with a gochujang dipping sauce!

Dough
- 1 cup flour
- a pinch of salt
- ⅓ + 1 tablespoon water
Filling
- ½ cabbage chopped
- 8 oz tofu shredded
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Gochujang Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- water to thin
Stir then knead the ingredients for your dough. Set aside while making the filling
Shred your tofu and chop your cabbage then combine all of your filling ingredients together
Divide the dough into 18-20 pieces then roll out into small circles. Put some of your mixture inside, wet one of the edges with the smallest bit of water then fold
Steam for 5 minutes
Mix together all ingredients for your sauce then enjoy!
