Spiced Holiday Date Balls
These naturally sweet date balls are packed with flavor from the seasonal spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger), and are coated in a crunchy nut layer!

- 12-15 dates
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans for rolling
Pit your dates then soak them in warm water for 10 minutes
Put just the dates (not the warm water) in a food processor with the spices and mix until combined and smooth
Wet your hands a bit so the date dough doesn't stick to you. Roll them into balls (roughly 10-12)
Finely chop your pecans then roll the balls so they are covered
Let them set in the fridge/freezer for 10 minutes then enjoy!
Store in the fridge for a week!
