Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup of almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups of old fashioned rolled oates
  • ¼ cup of almond flour (or oat flour!)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • ¾ teaspoon of ground ginger (you can add more for an increased kick!)
  • 2 ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips (optional, but delicious)

Instructions
 

  • -Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mash your bananas and add all wet ingredients, mix then add all dry ingredients
  • Shape into patties with your hands or using a hearty tablespoonful (they may be a bit sticky but that's okay!)
  • Cook for 17-20 minutes then enjoy!
  • These will last up to 5 days in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.
