Chia Seed Pudding with Juice

This chia seed pudding substitutes the typical non-dairy/dairy milk with juice to add extra nutrients and taste!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cup juice of choice I used a strawberry based juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • Fresh fruit to top

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the fresh fruit in a container. Seal and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or overnight).
  • Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
