Peanut Butter & Chocolate Baked Oats

These vegan, gluten-free peanut butter & chocolate baked oats are perfect to meal prep for the week for a cake like start to your day!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oat flour blended oats
  • ½ banana mashed
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • handful of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Mash your ½ banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients except for the peanut butter. Pour 80% in an oiled ramekin (8 oz ideal) and then add the peanut butter in the middle. Pour the rest of the batter and bake for 20-30 minutes. (If you want the inside to be more runny cook it for 20, if you want it to be more cake like, cook it for 30)
