Peanut Butter & Chocolate Baked Oats
These vegan, gluten-free peanut butter & chocolate baked oats are perfect to meal prep for the week for a cake like start to your day!

- ½ cup oat flour blended oats
- ½ banana mashed
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon date syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- handful of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mash your ½ banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients except for the peanut butter. Pour 80% in an oiled ramekin (8 oz ideal) and then add the peanut butter in the middle. Pour the rest of the batter and bake for 20-30 minutes. (If you want the inside to be more runny cook it for 20, if you want it to be more cake like, cook it for 30)
