Berry Protein Chia Seed Pudding
This berry protein chia seed pudding is the perfect protein packed breakfast you can meal prep ahead of time.

- 2 cups frozen fruit I used berries and cherries
- 2 cups unsweetened plant based milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup chia seeds
- Toppings: fresh fruit goji berries, non-dairy yogurt
Blend your berries, milk, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla.
Transfer to a bowl then add your chia seeds. Stir then cover and put in the fridge overnight.
In the morning transfer to serving containers and top with your favorite toppings!
