Banana Bark
This viral banana bark has a twist to it! By adding in pretzels, there is an additional crunch and savory component to contrast the chocolate and bananas!

- 5 bananas
- ¾ cup nut butter I used crunchy almond butter
- ½ cup pretzels
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- sea salt flakes to sprinkle
Slice your bananas then place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Make sure your bananas are touching!
Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil (30 second increments in the microwave).
Add your nut butter then pretzels (if desired) on top of your bananas spreading them out in a layer then even pour your melted chocolate on top!
Pop it in the freezer for a few hours (I did 5!) or overnight and then break off a piece of that ba-na-na bark and enjoy!
