Banana Bark

This viral banana bark has a twist to it! By adding in pretzels, there is an additional crunch and savory component to contrast the chocolate and bananas!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 bananas
  • ¾ cup nut butter I used crunchy almond butter
  • ½ cup pretzels
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • sea salt flakes to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Slice your bananas then place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Make sure your bananas are touching!
  • Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil (30 second increments in the microwave).
  • Add your nut butter then pretzels (if desired) on top of your bananas spreading them out in a layer then even pour your melted chocolate on top!
  • Pop it in the freezer for a few hours (I did 5!) or overnight and then break off a piece of that ba-na-na bark and enjoy!
