Nutter Butter

This 3-ingredient vegan and gluten-free nutter butter treat is made with oat flour, maple syrup, and your nut butter of choice.

Ingredients
  

  • -1 cup oat flour
  • cup maple syrup or date syrup or honey
  • ½ cup nut butter peanut butter has the best taste here but adjust as you'd like

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl then roll into balls then connect 2 balls together on a sheet
  • Press down with a fork to create a criss cross pattern on each ball
  • Bake for 10-12 min then let cool
  • Once fully cooled, spread additional nut butter on the backside and sandwich 2 together
  • Enjoy!
