Granola Clusters
These granola clusters are vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. They're the perfect topping for yogurt and berries or as a snack!

- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon flax seed
- 2 tablespoon chia seed
- 2 tablespoon hemp seed
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups nuts/seeds almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, up to you!
- ½ cup dried fruit goji berries, golden raisins
Preheat the oven to 300F.
Mix the banana, almond butter, maple syrup, flax, chia, and hemp seeds and let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the dried fruit.
Spread the granola mixture on a sprayed/lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, flipping half way through.
Let the granola cool for 30-45 minutes. This will allow it to crisp up! Then top with the fruit and enjoy within a week
Store in an airtight container!
