Granola Clusters

These granola clusters are vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. They're the perfect topping for yogurt and berries or as a snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon flax seed
  • 2 tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups nuts/seeds almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, up to you!
  • ½ cup dried fruit goji berries, golden raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300F.
  • Mix the banana, almond butter, maple syrup, flax, chia, and hemp seeds and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the dried fruit.
  • Spread the granola mixture on a sprayed/lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • Let the granola cool for 30-45 minutes. This will allow it to crisp up! Then top with the fruit and enjoy within a week
  • Store in an airtight container!
