Brownie Batter
This vegan brownie batter comes together in 5-minutes and is gluten-free and refined-sugar free. Fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!

- ⅔ cup oat flour
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut butter I used peanut butter
- ⅓ cup non dairy milk + a bit more if it's too grainy
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
Add chocolate chips and mix together to incorporate.

To store, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
