Brownie Batter

This vegan brownie batter comes together in 5-minutes and is gluten-free and refined-sugar free. Fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • cup oat flour
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup nut butter I used peanut butter
  • cup non dairy milk + a bit more if it's too grainy
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix together to incorporate.
  • Enjoy!!
  • To store, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
