Press your tofu then rip into chunks to achieve a chewier texture. Then coat with the cornstarch and tamari. Place in the air fryer 400F for 15 minutes shaking ½ way through
Chop your veggies and stir fry with avocado oil for 5-7 minutes.
Make your sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl then pour in a pan medium-high heat. Stir and let it thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Add your crispy tofu to the sauce then stir to combine over heat for another 1-2 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice and the veggies. Enjoy!
