Tofu Chive Cream Cheese
This vegan tofu chive cream cheese levels up any bagel and has a thick and creamy texture. It can be whipped up in 5-minutes!

- 8 oz tofu ½ a 16 oz block
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice ½ small lemon
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
Add Ins (Can Customize)
- 3 tablespoon fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Put all ingredients, including add ins if you'd like any, to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chop your chives then add them to the cream cheese.
Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours to thicken then spread and enjoy!
