Tofu Chive Cream Cheese

This vegan tofu chive cream cheese levels up any bagel and has a thick and creamy texture. It can be whipped up in 5-minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz tofu ½ a 16 oz block
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice ½ small lemon
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Add Ins (Can Customize)

  • 3 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients, including add ins if you'd like any, to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chop your chives then add them to the cream cheese.
  • Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours to thicken then spread and enjoy!
