Silken Tofu Green Dip
This silken tofu green dip uses fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, capers, and silken tofu to create a savory and creamy dip!

- 1 15- oz container silken tofu
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Toppings: chili oil za'atar, olive oil (optional)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Transfer to a bowl then set in the fridge for 1 hour (the longer the thicker).
Take out out of the fridge, top, and enjoy!!
Store in fridge for 3-5 days
