Silken Tofu Green Dip

This silken tofu green dip uses fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, capers, and silken tofu to create a savory and creamy dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15- oz container silken tofu
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Toppings: chili oil za'atar, olive oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Transfer to a bowl then set in the fridge for 1 hour (the longer the thicker).
  • Take out out of the fridge, top, and enjoy!!
  • Store in fridge for 3-5 days
