Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon miso paste
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓-1/2 cup pasta water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • red pepper flakes to top
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta for 3 servings
  • Green beans for 3 servings

Instructions
 

  • Start boiling water for your pasta then cook your pasta for the recommended time!
  • Cut your green beans and cook!
  • Blend all sauce ingredients (except red pepper flakes) in a blender until smooth then add to your cooked pasta and green beans. Mix until combined then top with red pepper flakes and extra salt if needed
  • Enjoy!
