Crunchy Za'atar Cannellini Beans

These crunchy za'atar cannellini beans are the perfect well seasoned plant-based snack that will keep you full from the protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz cannellini bean
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon za'atar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425F.
  • Rinse and drain your cannellini beans then toss together with your seasonings and oil.
  • Spread out over a lined baking sheet making sure they don't touch
  • Put in the oven for 35-45 min, tossing half way through
  • Enjoy!
