Crunchy Za'atar Cannellini Beans
These crunchy za'atar cannellini beans are the perfect well seasoned plant-based snack that will keep you full from the protein!

- 1 15 oz cannellini bean
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon za'atar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Rinse and drain your cannellini beans then toss together with your seasonings and oil.
Spread out over a lined baking sheet making sure they don't touch
Put in the oven for 35-45 min, tossing half way through
