Vegan Chocolate Mousse
This vegan chocolate mousse is high in protein, refined sugar-free, and only has 3 ingredients + strawberries to top!

- 2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips melted (or 25 grams of a chocolate bar)
- ½ cup silken tofu
- 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup depending on how sweet you'd like it
Melt your dark chocolate then add to a blender with your silken tofu and maple syrup.
Blend until combined then pour into a glass and let it set in the fridge for 2 hours. Top with berries and enjoy!
