Wild Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
This wild blueberry chia seed jam is made with just 5 ingredients and ready in 10-minutes. It's perfect to spread on toast!

- 2 cups wild blueberries
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon water
Heat a pot on medium high heat and add your blueberries. Let them cook for a minute or two then mash with a fork or tool until mushy then add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir for 5 min then remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Can and enjoy! Best to eat within 2-4 weeks.
