Cookie Dough Bites (High Protein)
These vegan, gluten free, refined sugar-free cookie dough bites come together with pantry staples in just 5 minutes!

- 1 cup of oat flour
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 4 scoops protein powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut butter I used peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoon cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped dark chocolate
- Flakey sea salt to top optional
Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl except for your chocolate chips and chopped chocolate chips.
Chop ¼ cup of dark chocolate (it can be chips that you chop or a chocolate bar), then add this as well as 2 tablespoon of chocolate chips to your mixture.
Form into balls, top with flakey sea salt, then enjoy!
