Mint Chocolate Protein Nice Cream

This mint chocolate protein nice cream is my healthier alternative to a mint chip ice cream that has the same creaminess from the banana base

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bananas sliced
  • 1 protein bar of choice I used a chocolate mint Aloha bar

Instructions
 

  • Dice your bananas then put them into your ninja creami container to freeze overnight. If you don't have a ninja creami, dice your bananas and put them in a freezer safe ziplock bag and freeze overnight.
  • Put your frozen bananas container in your ninja creami and press the "ice cream" functionality. You'll likely need to respin. Then, break your protein bar into chunks and add it to your creami. Press "mix in." Enjoy!
  • If you don't have a ninja creami, put your frozen diced bananas in a blender with a splash of milk and blend until smooth. Split your protein bar into chunks then add ¾ of it to the blender. Transfer your nice cream out of your blender into a bowl and top with the last ¼ of protein bar chunks.
