Yogurt Apple Dips
There are 3 varieties to this super simple, delicious, protein packed yogurt apple dips snack.

- 1 Sliced apple for each dip
Peanut Butter Chocolate
- ½ cup non dairy plain greek yogurt
- 2 tps cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey or agave
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Cinnamon Vanilla
- ½ cup non dairy plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter any nut butter will do
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Cashew Butter Banana Chocolate
- ½ cup non dairy plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter any nut butter will do
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Set aside 3 Tupperware containers. Add your yogurt to each container.
Measure your ingredients then combine each of the dip combinations with the yogurt in separate bowls. Mix with a fork until combined.
Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
Can be refrigerated for 5 days.
