Cookie Dough Balls

These gluten-free, vegan, and refined sugar-free cookie dough balls require only 5 ingredients that you likely have in your pantry!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup vegan butter melted (if not vegan, regular butter works!)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon nut butter of choice the runnier the better
  • cup chocolate chips chopped

Instructions
 

  • Sift your almond flour so it's super fine
  • Melt your butter then add to your almond flour and add in maple syrup
  • Chop your chocolate chips then add to the mixture, roll into balls then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before enjoying!
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days
