- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 10 Strawberries
- 3 Carrots peeled
- 2 Bell Peppers 1 red and 1 yellow
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Avocado
- ⅓ cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 Sweet potato
Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- salt/pepper
Whisk together the ingredients for the balsamic vinaigrette.
Chop all fruits and veggies into small bite sized pieces
Air fry 15 min 400F chickpeas and potatoes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with chopped romaine at the base then pour dressing over and mix! Enjoy!
