Banana Split

Slice a banana in half and top with wild blueberries, mangoes, strawberries, and granola. Finish with a generous spoonful of vegan yogurt!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • ½ cup wild blueberries
  • ½ mango
  • a few dollops of yogurt
  • ¼ cup granola I use homemade
  • A sprinkling of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Slice your banana in half then cut your strawberries and mango
  • Place on a plate and add the yogurt on top of the banana and sprinkle the granola and mini chocolate chips
  • Enjoy!
