Silken Tofu Spinach Pasta Sauce
Blend silken tofu with spinach, nutritional yeast, and cashews for a creamy, nutrient-rich pasta sauce. Serve over your choice of pasta for a balanced and satisfying meal.

- 6 oz bag of spinach
- 9 oz silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- -¼ cup cashews
- ⅓ cup hemp seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt + pepper
- pasta of choice 3-4 servings worth
- ½ cup pasta water
Boil water and prepare your pasta (make sure to save about ½ cup of pasta water for later).
Cook down your spinach in a sautee pan for 3-4 minutes then add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth, takes a few minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of pasta water at a time. Once fully smooth, pour over the cooked pasta and enjoy!
