- ½ cup uncooked quinoa
- ¾ bundle of parsley ~⅓ cup
- ½ bundle of dill ~¼ cup
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 sweet potato cubed
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 4-5 green onions
