Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 3-4 green onions
  • bunch cilantro
  • sesame seeds to top

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut your cucumber, avocado, green onions, and cilantro
  • Make your dressing by combining everything together then incorporate to your veggies. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
