Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These vegan chocolate chip banana muffins are naturally sweet, moist, and delicious. They make a great grab and go breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cup almond milk
  • cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ⅓ cup whole wheat flour can sub for GF flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt
  • -/2 cup chocolate chips + more on top!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Mix all wet ingredients together and all dry ingredients together in separate bowls then combine.
  • Add chocolate chips then place in muffin tin. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes then enjoy!
