- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon mustard

- 2-3 teaspoon caper brine juice juice in caper jar
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1-3 tablespoon water to thin depending on desired consistency
