Overnight Oats with Berries & Nuts

Combine oats with cinnamon, nut butter, and plant-based milk; let sit overnight. In the morning, top with walnuts, chocolate chips, and fresh berries for a customizable, nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk any non-dairy milk will work
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • sprinkle of walnuts and chocolate chips (or seeds if nut-free)
  • diced strawberries + blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a container then store in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
  • If you're making multiple, I'd recommend adding the berries and nuts each morning for maximum freshness.
