- ¾ cup almond milk any non-dairy milk will work
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- sprinkle of walnuts and chocolate chips (or seeds if nut-free)
- diced strawberries + blueberries
Mix everything together in a container then store in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
If you're making multiple, I'd recommend adding the berries and nuts each morning for maximum freshness.
