Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats
Combine vegan, gluten-free popped rice with a mixture of natural peanut butter and melted chocolate, press into a pan, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes for an easy, delicious, and health-conscious dessert.

- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups crispy rice I used brown crispy rice, puffy rice is also great
- 1 cup of chocolate
- sea salt flakes
Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup together with vanilla. Add in your puffed rice until coated
Put the mixture in a lined 8X8 baking pan and then melt chocolate and pour on top
Let it chill for 1 hour in the fridge or a bit faster in the freezer then top with sea salt flakes
