Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats

Combine vegan, gluten-free popped rice with a mixture of natural peanut butter and melted chocolate, press into a pan, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes for an easy, delicious, and health-conscious dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups crispy rice I used brown crispy rice, puffy rice is also great
  • 1 cup of chocolate
  • sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup together with vanilla. Add in your puffed rice until coated
  • Put the mixture in a lined 8X8 baking pan and then melt chocolate and pour on top
  • Let it chill for 1 hour in the fridge or a bit faster in the freezer then top with sea salt flakes
  • Enjoy!!
