Date Bark
Lay out dates, add nut butter, toppings, chocolate, and sea salt then freeze. Break into customizable pieces for a naturally sweet, chewy, and nutritious treat!

- 20 dates pitted
- ⅓ cup of nut butter I used almond butter, I also tried a bit of tahini on a corner
- ⅓ cup chocolate melted
- ⅓ cup nuts of choice I used pistachios, pecans, and almonds
- sea salt flakes
On a pan with a lined parchment sheet put your pitted dates on the sheet, smashing them down into a rectangle
Spread your nut butter on top then add your nuts
Melt chocolate then put in on top
Put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until the chocolate has hardened
Take it out of the fridge, cut into parts, then add sea salt flakes on top!
