Date Bark

Lay out dates, add nut butter, toppings, chocolate, and sea salt then freeze. Break into customizable pieces for a naturally sweet, chewy, and nutritious treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 20 dates pitted
  • cup of nut butter I used almond butter, I also tried a bit of tahini on a corner
  • cup chocolate melted
  • cup nuts of choice I used pistachios, pecans, and almonds
  • sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

  • On a pan with a lined parchment sheet put your pitted dates on the sheet, smashing them down into a rectangle
  • Spread your nut butter on top then add your nuts
  • Melt chocolate then put in on top
  • Put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until the chocolate has hardened
  • Take it out of the fridge, cut into parts, then add sea salt flakes on top!
  • Enjoy!
