Chocolate Strawberry Single-Serve Baked Oats

Prepare a single-serving of vegan gluten-free baked oats with strawberries, chocolate, and a surprise center of strawberry jam for an energizing and nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oat flour blended oats
  • ½ banana mashed
  • ¼ cup almond milk any non-dairy milk will work
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon jam
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 3 strawberries chopped
  • handful of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Mash your ½ banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients except for the jam and strawberries. Pour 80% in an oiled ramekin (8 oz ideal) and then add the strawberries and jam in the middle. Pour the rest of the batter and bake for 25 minutes. (If you want the inside to be more runny cook it for 20, if you want it to be more cake like, cook it for 30)-Enjoy!
