Black Bean Brownies

Blend black beans with almond butter, bananas, and cocoa powder for a fudgy, vegan, and gluten-free brownie. Bake and top with sea salt flakes for an extra flavor kick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can black beans
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 bananas
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ oats
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or more!
  • Sea Salt Flakes to top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper (or grease the pan)
  • Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender except the chocolate chips then blend until smooth
  • Mix chocolate chips in the batter then pour in the 8X8 pan. Add more chocolate chips on top if desired then bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool then add sea salt flakes and enjoy!!!
