Black Bean Brownies
Blend black beans with almond butter, bananas, and cocoa powder for a fudgy, vegan, and gluten-free brownie. Bake and top with sea salt flakes for an extra flavor kick.

- 1 15 oz. can black beans
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 bananas
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ oats
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips or more!
- Sea Salt Flakes to top
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper (or grease the pan)
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender except the chocolate chips then blend until smooth
Mix chocolate chips in the batter then pour in the 8X8 pan. Add more chocolate chips on top if desired then bake for 30 minutes.
Let it cool then add sea salt flakes and enjoy!!!
