Edible Protein Cookie Dough

This edible protein cookie dough comes together in just 15 minutes and is spoon licking goodness! It's also gluten-free and vegan so a win win!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour or almond flour
  • cup protein powder I used Naked Nutrition
  • cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup almond butter any nut butter will do!
  • 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Sea salt flakes to top

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients together then in a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients together. Combine and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes then enjoy by the spoonful!
  • Keep refrigerated!
