Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oat Floar
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Blueberries Optional, but delicious!
  • Fresh Fruit, Nuts/Granola, Maple Syrup For toppings

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana and combine all ingredients (besides toppings) in a bowl.
  • Heat up a skillet/pan with some avocado oil. While you're heating up the pan, let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the pan is warm, form pancakes, add in blueberries or chocolate chips. Flip after 3-4 minutes.
  • Once done, top with toppings of your choice! Enjoy :)
