Gluten-Free Vegan Pancakes

- ½ cup Oat Floar
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Blueberries Optional, but delicious!
- Fresh Fruit, Nuts/Granola, Maple Syrup For toppings
Mash the banana and combine all ingredients (besides toppings) in a bowl.
Heat up a skillet/pan with some avocado oil. While you're heating up the pan, let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes.
Once the pan is warm, form pancakes, add in blueberries or chocolate chips. Flip after 3-4 minutes.
Once done, top with toppings of your choice! Enjoy :)
