Protein Avocado Bean Toast
This Protein Avocado Bean Toast comes together with cannellini beans, avocado, fresh citrus, garlic, and tons of toppings!

- 3 avocados
- 1 15 oz can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- 1 - 1 ½ lemons juiced
- 3 cloves garlic roasted
- salt & pepper to taste
Savory Toppings
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon sauerkraut per toast
- hot sauce of choice I used a pineapple Zabs hot sauce
Sweet Toppings
- honey drizzle or agave for vegan
- olive oil drizzle
- red pepper flakes
- sea salt flakes optional
Mash your avocado and beans then sautee your minced garlic for a few minutes in a pan with some oil until crispy. Add to the mixture with the lemon, salt, and pepper
Spread mixture over toast and add toppings of your choice
