Protein Avocado Bean Toast

This Protein Avocado Bean Toast comes together with cannellini beans, avocado, fresh citrus, garlic, and tons of toppings!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 15 oz can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 - 1 ½ lemons juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic roasted
  • salt & pepper to taste

Savory Toppings

  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon sauerkraut per toast
  • hot sauce of choice I used a pineapple Zabs hot sauce

Sweet Toppings

  • honey drizzle or agave for vegan
  • olive oil drizzle
  • red pepper flakes
  • sea salt flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Mash your avocado and beans then sautee your minced garlic for a few minutes in a pan with some oil until crispy. Add to the mixture with the lemon, salt, and pepper
  • Spread mixture over toast and add toppings of your choice
  • Enjoy!
