    Dates- Nature's Candy!

    These treats are refined sugar-free and just sweetened with dates – nature's candy! Dates are not just deliciously sweet; they're a powerhouse of nutrition! They offer fiber, essential minerals like potassium and magnesium, and they're a great natural substitute for sugar.

    Date Bites!

    It's as simple as this: bite-sized bursts of delight that effortlessly elevate your snacking game. Sweet from the dates and chocolate, and savory from the salt - a perfect health and vegan snack or dessert. It's a symphony of just four superstar ingredients that create a taste experience that's pure magic. First up, let's chat about the star of the show – the dates. I opted for the luscious Barhi dates, but any date variety will have your taste buds dancing with joy.

    Now, let's add some chocolate! Because what's life without a bit of chocolatey bliss, right? My go-to: Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips – the perfect balance of sweetness that'll melt your heart (and melt in your mouth). Chocolate and dates are heavenly enough on their own, but let's throw in a little bit of almond butter as well for a nice creamy texture (and some lovely nutritional benefits!).

    And finally, a sprinkle of Maldon's Sea Salt Flakes. It's that dash of salty goodness that takes these bites from 'mmm' to 'OMG!'

    Date Bites

    Elevate snacking with our 4-ingredient Date Bites – a fusion of luscious dates, chocolate chips, almond butter, and sea salt flakes.

    Ingredients
      

    • 12 Dates (I used Barhi dates)
    • ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips
    • 3 tablespoon Almond Butter
    • Sea Salt Flakes

    Instructions
     

    • Pit the dates and split them in ½.
    • Put chocolate chips inside each ½ date and drizzle almond butter on top.
    • Add the sea salt flakes and then put them in the fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 15-30 minutes. Enjoy!

    Notes

    This recipe is mainly eye-balling amounts, hence why there are no "½ cup of chocolate chips required". Rather, feel for yourself how much you'd like of the chocolate, almond butter, and salt blend!
