Vegan Spiced Breakfast Cookie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup of almond butter
- 3 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 ½ cups of old fashioned rolled oates
- ¼ cup of almond flour (or oat flour!)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
