Starting your day with something delicious, nutritious, and satisfying doesn't have to be a challenge! Especially with this Vegan and Gluten-Free Chocolate Strawberry Baked Oats recipe.
Tailored for a single serving, it's the perfect way to start your day with a personal treat! It's both wholesome and decadent. And if you're like me, doubling the recipe using a full banana is my go-to method. That way I can meal prep for the morning after too (pretty genius right?!)

Strawberries and Chocolate
Strawberries and chocolate—this classic combination never fails to impress. The sweetness of strawberries perfectly complements the rich, indulgent flavor of chocolate. They create a symphony of tastes that feels both luxurious and comforting. Adding a dollop of strawberry jam in the center of the oats before baking introduces an oozy, gooey texture that makes every spoonful a dreamy escape.
Nutrition
Beyond its mouthwatering flavors, this baked oats recipe is a powerhouse of nutrition. Oats, as a complex carbohydrate, are key to starting your day right. They slowly release energy, keeping you fueled and full throughout the morning. This can reduce the urge for mid-day snacking. Additionally, oats are packed with fiber, aiding in digestion and heart health, making them an ideal breakfast choice.
The combination of fresh strawberries, antioxidant-rich chocolate, and the natural sweetness of banana and strawberry jam, not only elevates the taste but also boosts the nutritional profile of this dish. It's a breakfast that doesn't make you choose between taste and health—it generously offers both.
