- 1 tablespoon corn starch

- ½-3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- Sesame seeds to top
Instructions
- Press your tofu then tear into chunks. Toss with cornstarch and soy sauce then put in the airfryer for 15 min at 400F (shake ½ way through, also can put in the oven 400F for 25-30 min flipping ½ way through)
- Combine all the ingredients in your sauce then simmer in a saucepan on medium heat for 5 minutes so it thickens.
- Add your crispy air fryer tofu to the sauce then coat for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with some brown rice, broccoli, and top with sesame seeds
