Refined Sugar Free
I enjoy baking and sweets but I don't enjoy the feeling of a sugar crash or what eating a lot of refined-sugar does to your body. So, I try to make most of my recipes refined sugar-free. I always have a pantry full of maple syrup, coconut sugar, honey, and agave. I hope you enjoy!
