I love snack prepping these yogurt apple dips for the week. They pack in protein from the greek yogurt, healthy fats from the nut butters, and a variety of textures from the crisp apple and peanuts/chocolate chips/bananas in each flavor! Whenever I meal prep something, I try to find ways to make it continuously interesting to eat throughout the week so below find 3 variations of these yogurt dips. I made them all in 5 minutes, super quick and easy- and delish! What more could you want??

3 Varieties of Yogurt Apple Dips

Feel free to play around with the varieties I made and make your own if you're feeling inspired. If not, I loved each of the 3 varieties. The cinnamon vanilla was perfectly creamy and decadent. I really enjoyed the chunks of banana (may sound weird at first but trust me it's not!) in the cashew butter banana chocolate dip. My favorite was probably the peanut butter chocolate because I'm a sucker for anything chocolate and loved the crunch of the peanuts and chocolate chips.

If you didn't want to snack prep this, you could always make just 1 of them and have it as a single serve! But why not spend the same amount of time in the kitchen and cook 2 other servings!

    Non-Dairy Yogurt

If you're dairy-free or vegan, it's super easy to sub some non-dairy yogurt options. My recommendation is to ensure there aren't too many added ingredients or ingredients you can't pronounce. I also recommend ensuring there is some protein, as that is what helps make this snack more filling and helps satiate your hunger.

A few brands I like are Sigi's non-dairy unsweetened plain yogurt and Kite Hill's plain unsweetened greek yogurt.
